The building is 100 years old and is a registered monument. It has five floors, 12 apartments and no elevator. It is located on a quiet street with a tasty pizzeria on the ground floor. The apartment is on the second floor and it was renovated in 2005. It is tastefully decorated with modern conveniences. The local market is just down the street as are numerous coffee shops, banks, retail stores and eateries. Of course, watching the locals while sipping a cava from the balcony is also entertaining!
